Biography
Kaiyin Feng received her B. Eng degree with first-class honour from the Dept. of Electronic Engineering in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015, and her M. Eng degree from the Dept. of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems in the University of Tokyo in 2017. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D degree in University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research interest involves III-V/Si hybrid devices and their applications.
