Biography
Gehong Zeng received his B.S. degree from South China Institute of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 1982 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degree from Shaanxi Microelectronics Research Institute, Xian, China, in 1987, and 1992, respectively. His research interests include modeling, design, fabrication and characterization of semiconductor devices for thermal management and energy conversion.
